No, I thought Harris was a freshman who would make a lot of mistakes before improving, just like I thought MSU had their best team in two decades.

No shite.

Before the game:
"State hasn't played a real team yet, just wait until they face us - did you see what UAB did to them? hahaha"

After:
"We suck and had a horrible game. This is a down year for our program, X team will get you next week"

It's cute how they think they are actually relevant. Their D has not been very good with their starters or their back-ups in. I am sure the numbers aren't much different one way or the other.

Auburn just stop. You don't know how to grind, and it's embarrassing

I don't pay much attention to what MaroonNation says or does but UAB has two legit track guys on the outside that can go 4.2-3. They got behind our DBs 4 times and their Qb has a big arm.
We have to get to Marshall or it could be similar to that. If we can get anywhere close to Marshall, y'all are in for a long day.

Why does it matter if we give up 300+ yards a game if you WR's can't even catch the football on the road against a defense that is nowhere near opportunistic as ours? Serious question, no flame.

Those guys for UAB were quick.

Our o-line hasn't opened up as many holes to run through this year, but the pass protection has been good so far.

And we have two WR's on the outside that can run low 4.4's and break the two UAB WR's in half. Not to mention Corey Grant, who ran like a 4.03 hand timed 40....or some ish like that. I have looked at your D numbers. They just aren't that impressive. Sorry.

Run D is unstoppable. What's keeping up from having the same 4 up front and dropping everyone else back in coverage? You said it yourself that your run blocking on the O-line is weak. If that's a weakness, it'll only take 4 DL to get to Artis-Payne. Then we'll have the fastest LB corps in the SEC in coverage for a total of 7 coverage men give or take a QB spy at LB or a few stunts with LB's blitzing. Have at it. I'll be there to watch.
