It has since been reported on Austin sport's radio as well that Sark and Josh Hype-L are both being investigated by the American Humane Society and PETA for Lewd and Lascivious acts they were observed committing on BEVO as some sort of bizzare love triangle. Multiple laws have been violated and word on the street is that both the FBI and the Texas Rangers are expected to launch formal criminal probes.
