What most people don't get is Saban is a hands on coach. He's gets out in the heat of the summer and busts his arse with the players every year. Bear had a tower made so he could just watch the practices without running around. And although its good for Saban's health to do that there is a limit out there somewhere. I mean he's not going to be out throwing balls and working drills in the middle of the summer at 80 years old.

I'd be shocked if he coaches more than 3 to 4 years.

Sidewalker balked at not understanding Alabama and LSU posters make this board what it is. We are each other "Finn Huckleberry"

Saban needs to take it as far as he can.

Tank steps out. Auburn wins 10-3. Bama beats Georgia 41-24. Bama goes to the playoff.

I really don’t think the committee keeps them out even with 2 losses.

Saban is by far the greatest coach in football history. The "Bear" was good and there have been numerous others but nobody comes close. I thought Saban wanted to leave a legacy by winning the most titles and then retire, but for those who hate him, you may have to hate him for a number of years longer lol.

In the meantime, just count bama as a loss when predicting your futures in wins and losses
