I'll bow out of this thread. No need to argue. I know we'd all stand up for our various schools that we follow/attend/attended.

I see what you're saying. But I've never witnessed posters here say their traditions is what made their school better. Except for the football tradition.

but for real it was the lack of fans that are normally at the midnight thing. It wasn't the yell practice that was awkward, it was just the feel to it in this particular situation. Having different traditions should be something that is celebrated, even if some of us think it's odd.
