There are a handful of elite programs that have five stars sitting on the bench. That's the problem. Until that changes, college football is kind of worthless to follow.

I once thought Jimbo was a great head coach but after seeing how his time at FSU ended and the subsequent mess he left there, I’m just not sure he is.

To be fair, their defense did a hell of a lot better than Alabama’s did against them and that was a true road game. With how bad their offense was in that game, I’d say their defense played great, especially against Etienne.

Game likely is competitive/down to the wire with average QB play for A&M. I thought their D played very well, it looks to be a improved unit. They had chances to move the ball down field passing the ball but failed to capitalize all game.
Issue was Mond was complete arse and the offense was unproductive. If I was an A&M fan, I wouldn't be as much upset as losing but with what the offense returned and Mond in his junior season, I would expect a helluva lot better from that group. It was a pathetic performance for Jimbo offensively.
