No flame on this game from me. I don't understand the line being so big except for the question of the oline holding up. There is a reason I am not touching this game. If your oline holds up, it will be a close game.
It could be close, but Bama has given up over 20 points one time in 29 games (I think that's right), and Arkansas's defense sucks. It's in Tuscaloosa. The line seems right.

Our defense is better than their defense by a wide margin. Our offense, while different, is just as good at doing what we want to do as Arkansas is.
Courtney Upshaw is going to make that frosh LT look like a total chump. I think he causes at least one turnover there.
I think Bama's secondary creates at least two turnovers.
Bama's offense grinds out points from those turnovers and burns clock.
Bama 27, Arkansas 13.

Except Arkansas' schedule is rated as being tougher than Alabama's, 23rd vs 36th...
NCAA toughest schedules
clearly the ncaa is confused about what tough is... clearly these stats should be labelled as opponent winning percentage and NOTHING more

The fact that your team has a cupcake addiction is a source of amusement to you?
Cupcake? You do realize that the 2 games scheduled with Penn St were scheduled the same year LSU lost to that same cupcake team. I guess LSU has NEVER EVER played North Texas either.

But until this week.. Alabama has played a joke of a schedule. Oregon and WVU would have both beaten Penn St by 21. Oregon would probably beat them by 40
That's not a knock on Bama in any way. It's just a
to LSU.
Can't wait to see Alabama the next 2 weeks. I suspect they'll show up, take care of business, and keep on rolling until the LSU game.

No doubt LSU's sched has been impressive so far. But for someone to say Bama has a cupcake addiction? I believe Nick's been pretty good about scheduling legit OOC games early the last 4 years.
(For cupcake addiction, look to the school that plays in the city formerly known as "Hogtown")

I think he tried to schedule teams that would be legit. It didn't turn out well. That's how it works sometimes though.
To be fair.. your last few openers. Clemson and VT were big games. Clemson ended up being terrible that season, but that's not Bamas fault. I wish LSU would have a big opener every year.. but it's hard to schedule it that way.

Every expert keeps pointing to our lack of rushing game as a reason that we will lose this game today against the Crimson Tide.

Last year at this same time we averaged MAYBE 80 yds rushing on the ground coming in to the Alabama game. This year Arkansas has an average of 170.5 yards rushing per game.

Is the perception on our rushing game due to the fact that we do not have one dominant rusher? Or is it actually due to the "experts" not knowing what in the hell they are talking about?

I can flame with the best of them, and more than likely I will flame the both of you at some point in the near future and you will both likely take the bait.
At this point, I am wanting some legit football talk leading up to this game. So stfu and gtfo with your asses.
