I got Texas, Georgia, LSU, OSU, or Clemson winning it..no one surpring but hey...most title winners are top 5 in preseason rankings so we should not be shocked at all to see the same programs.

Everyone is talking about Arch Manning going into this game. Everyone will be talking about Julian Sayin after the game. Can’t wait. Buckeyes -35 Texas - 17

Texas vs OSU isn't that big of a game. Nothing to see there. Early start time are prelims to the main event.

Texas does have o-line injury issues. Specifically offensive tackle issues. A very good player who was competing for the Right OT position got hurt and is out for the year. Our starting LT, expected to be a top 3 round NFL draft pick has a hurt hand and may not play this Saturday. We have another backup OT injured and out this week.

Could Texas still win? Of course. However, with the OT injury issues, this is a really strange time to move your pick to Texas over Ohio State.

Yea that's true. It'll go something like this. "He's not that good". "Bama was lucky he left".

Little trigger happy on the panic button are we? This makes absolutely zero sense. "If Texas doesn't win their opening game in the Shoe with an untested QB, then they are in big trouble..."

I think Texas will in fact upset tOSU at home, but if they don't there's a whole SEC schedule to look forward to with everything on the table.

I just hope it’s a well-played, close game so I’ll be entertained for 3 hours.

They probably will - tOSU has a ton of roster and coordinator changes. Then the Texas brats will be more insufferable so thanks in advance for sucking

I hope you are right. It almost feels like Texas will have to lose the game by mistakes if we win.

Manning may or may not be the GOAT but he's better prepared than Sayin. Advantage horns.

Same..Week 1 usually has a pretty boring slate of games because most teams want a warm up game first. It is exciting mainly because CFB is back.

The OL has been solid, especially in the run game, but not sure about pass protection. That is very important with a new QB. The backup's inexperience may be an issue.

I'm taking OSU -2.5.

I do think Arch will be a very good QB for us but game 1, in that environment may be a bit much for him.

I'm far more interested in how he plays when we start SEC play than game 1. A loss won't doom us.

They have issues with OL and pass-pro too. I see that as a wash.
They don't have a backup QB either.

The reports I've seen are the opposite.

By backup I think he meant the O-Line backups which I disagree with.

It doesn't matter if you disagree with me - If Texas cannot beat this OSU team - you will lose 3 - book it

Just a bad take
