Why are LSU fans still talking about a NC from 2009?
I never want to see LSU fans enter a basketball chat if that’s the case cause you have zero NCs in that sport.
Right now Arkansas has a much better baseball program. Nobody can deny that

They have a better team this year. No, they do not have a better program, much less a "much" better program. Does Alabama have a better basketball program than Kentucky because Kentucky was terrible this year, Alabama won the conference, and Kentucky hasn't won a national title in about 10 years? No, because that's ridiculous. Let's just take the last 5 years there has been an NCAAT and SEC season with this years results beyond making the NCAAT TBD:
LSU
2 CWS appearances
1 runner-up
5 NCAAT appearances
4 super regionals
2 SEC titles
1 SEC Tournament Title
Arkanas
3 CWS appearances
1 runner-up
4 NCAAT appearances
3 super regionals
1 SEC Title (including 2021 for Arkansas)

And looking at those numbers, LSU fired* their coach for that output, while this has been the best 5 year run in Arkansas' baseball history. You think that equates to Arkansas replacing LSU as the best program in college baseball? A program's strength isn't something that is defined in 2-3 year windows, bud. Maybe just enjoy y'alls once in a lifetime season you've had rather than trying to outkick your coverage.

You’re talking about Cedric Harris, who is also Jaden’s cousin. Cedric won an NC at LSU and probably told Jaden he’d have a better chance to win one at LSU.

LSU has had 4 pitchers selected in the 1st round over the past 10 years, Arkansas 1. Prior to his injury, Jaden Hill was a projected 1st round pick. Seems like Cedric gave him sound advice

Kid pitched 50 career innings and lost a season to covid. Mainieri didn’t over work him and I know for a fact he was EXTREMELY overcautious with Hill’s workload.

Not sure whats so funny. One team is currently #1 and won everything they played this year.
One snuck into the tourney because their coach is retiring.
Nobody said Arkansas was better all time.
Right now on 6/1/21 Arkansas is better.
Im glad you have womens basketball down there but with the 4-5 5 stars our womens coach has brought in I dont think you will be better at that either
