Some of you Arkansas fans are making it really difficult to pull for the Hogs. Man the frick up and act like you’ve been here before.

LSU went. Wade didn’t coach which seemed to help.
What a ridiculous statement.

We went to the elite 8.
25. Years.

We also have way more finals fours than LSU and a NC. So by their logic don’t talk basketball until you win it all boy
If you’re going to brag about accomplishments from that long ago, why are you pissing on LSU baseball who has accomplished a lot more recently than that?
quote:
Where was your Kansas team? How miserable are you being on a SEC board, only having basketball to look forward to and you aren’t even that good at basketball anymore.
Oh, now you wanna compare to Kansas basketball, do you? Bold.

Also your domination in baseball was under one coach.
Mainieri’s career at LSU is more impressive than DVH’s at Arkansas. What does that say about your program?

Also D1 baseball disagrees with your view of your program.
D1 gave the LSU job an A+ grade
quote:
GRADE: A+ The good: What is there not to like about the job? It has everything you want as a coach. LSU has a tradition rich program with very high expectations. The Baton Rouge community loves college baseball and LSU’s fan support is only paralleled by Arkansas and Mississippi State. In addition to the vast resources and fan support, the Tigers have excellent facilities and have some in-state advantages from a recruiting standpoint. LSU also has a national brand from a recruiting standpoint, and can extend its tentacles from coast-to-coast. There are few programs who can say they do that. LSU is a one of a kind type of opportunity.
The bad: The LSU job can be the absolute best in college baseball. But if you aren’t winning at an elite level, it can be one of the worst. One of the beautiful things about LSU fans is that they’re passionate and care a lot about college baseball and their team’s success. On the flip side, that sometimes breeds some unrealistic expectations. LSU can be an absolute pressure cooker, but if you head to Baton Rouge knowing that and can handle it, it’s a dream job and scenario. For me, it’s very much worth the headache.

You know nothing about Van Horn if you think he would leave Arkansas for anything.
I know education is hard to get down their in the backwoods of Louisiana but you might want to educate yourself.
Also your domination in baseball was under one coach. You will quickly become like UT or Nebraska in football
What tied for 2nd in National Titles? It'll Take you more than a decade just to tie our record of SEC titles . The backwoods remarks are comical as well, coming from someone from Arkansas. I mean Alabama may be the butt of the Gump jokes, but there is no doubt that nationwide Arkansas IS the armpit of the country.... but muh a small sliver of mountains in the northwestern corner. Your all time "GOAT" team lost a game to LSU's worst team in decades this year. We'll see how it plays out, but we all know LSU is the blueprint for every SEC team, including your flash in the pan team, that hasn't even started their post season run.

Great kid, great pitcher who was misguided in his youth to leave the great state of Arkansas to play at a sub par program for an over the hill coach who was on his way out, who over worked him, hurt him, and now has to watch his home state team take the no.1 national seed and dominate every weekend. Hopefully he recovers well and dominates in the pros and can get out of Baton Rouge as quickly as possible without any more injuries
Holy mother of frick this is an incredible melt.
