Even 1 loss will drop Aggie below Bama. And you can bank on that loss coming.

Don’t ever bet for or against the Aggies. They are totally unpredictable. The could lose the next four games. They also could win 8 more games. They literally are a complete unknown.

But they have the ability to literally beat anyone. But might not. So do t count on it.

So A&M just wanted to be conservative when they almost lost to Auburn and Arkansas? Every mobile QB on a decent team has had a good day against LSU under Kelly.

Bama’s resume is going to rely heavily on UGA finishing strong

We are definitely not going to get the usual bump from beating LSU in November. Alabama’s strength of schedule will slip despite the win this Saturday.

Yall lose either way against us

This weekend Mizzou falls out of rankings, and loser of Vandy/Vols to end season will also fall out. That leaves the gumps with 2 ranked wins, with possibly another over OU

When we win this weekend, we will drag you down with us. Enjoy the road game in the playoffs

Arkansas never had the ball with a chance to go ahead, so saying A&M almost lost is an exaggeration.

And while A&M v Auburn was a one score game, it never really felt in doubt. 25 first downs to 9, and 414 yards to 177. (Unlike the Bama/USCe game, where South Carolina had more first downs and more total yards.)

Shitass FSU is still better than Arkansas who almost had aTm’s number a couple of weeks ago, but I agree with aTm being 3 until they drop a game.

Just saying none of us should feel too confident. Looking good against LSU hasn’t meant much the past several years.

I certainly agree with that. Lots of parity.

I enjoy it other than teams firing coaches left and right.

You are right.

No way A&M should be ranked above Bama, Georgia or Ole Miss and after this week OU and tu will be ahead.

I think Aggies smoke bama in the seccg.

LSU was the first game this season we even sort of utilized Marcels full running ability. We’ll use him more as we get closer to the end of the season / bigger games. Not to mention moss will be back.

I think bama is one of the best teams in the country but this A&M team is different. Players are fully bought in

You need to worry about Texas A&M winning the next game first before having the team being in the SEC championship game.

I totally agree. A little known fact we recruit our players directly from these message boards. People on this board really need to keep their head in the damn game. What’s wrong with them.

Correct so if A&M hits the roller coaster yes Bama can move up gladly. We can tell committee will always see a loss over undefeated and strength of schedule only appears in judging teams that have equal records. That’s what I assuming based on how they ranked the teams. SOS factored if teams have equal records as well as offensive and defensive stats. Why ATM below Ohio State and Indiana. They said ATM defensive stats are worse than those 2. Even though I question big 10 offenses.

OP, the committee gives significant weight to SOR as a measure of CFP deservedness and Texas A&M is #1 in that metric.

Nobody should be surprised that Texas A&M is ranked higher than Alabama.
