We will not win playing the merkat offense we have played the last few games that we use to slow the offense down to protect the defense.

This....and I still think Bama is in our heads and we pick this game to go completely brain dead.

And I am taking LSU and the points.

The offense must go out and try to score like there is less than 2 minutes left in the game from the first drive. If we play the same plan as State or Texas, we lose.

I don't think the beat down will be that bad but bama is always one step ahead of LSU. The way LSU played not to lose the game against awburn is the same way I see them playing bama. You can't do that! I hope i'm wrong.

OP, tell us again which 3 Top 10 teams bama beat? Which 2 ? Which 1 ? Which Top 10 team did they even play? True or false: did a freshman, one dimensional running QB lead the Black Bears to 27 points against bama? True or false: did a poor UT team come within one bonehead play by its QB from being only down 7 late? Of course Saban is a great HC, of course bama once again has a very good team. Of course bama could very well beat LSU. But true competitors don't throw in the towel and concede defeat before the game is even teed up which you are basically doing. Thank God these Tigers believe in themselves are competitors, not quitters.

We have the QB to get it done. How our D handles their receivers will determine it. Make them drive the field.

This game will, as usual, come down to their pass rush vs our oline. As usual, they have a definite edge. As usual, our defense will put up a heck of a fight but being on the field 3\4 of the game will wear on them. Then, as usual, their skill players will start getting separation late and Tua or Max will start picking our dbs apart. Then we will start dropping our lbs deeper into coverage and they will start running the ball in earnest, insuring our offense does not see much field late. This will effectively negate our potent offense and we will die a slow death and everyone will call for Aranda's head after the game because they are too stupid to realize the real problem is the fact that O has recruited like hot dog shite the past few years for the Oline.

I hope I'm wrong and our Oline plays waaay above their overall talent. We have GREAT skill players, and a GREAT qb, but you have to be able to use them.

The loser might actually have an easier path to the playoffs.

It's still a coin flip in my opinion. I'm an LSU homer, but till we do it, I'm not getting overly excited anymore.

But if there was ever a team that could do it, this is the one.

I think We beat Bama by 2 touchdowns. I predict Clyde Edwards Helaire will be the X-factor. That lil short mutha fuka got the hear of a lion. Or should I say Tiger. Lol, Geaux Tigers.

Go pull for Alabama. You are far too damn stupid to be an LSU fan. Go, good riddance.

If Jeudy and Waddle catch the ball in space, the defense won't on the field much, either.
