Worse gameday experience in league. We walked for miles 3 hours before game other that 200yd stretch of road w bars. Nobody around. It’s a joke.

Florida fans are not as aggressive or bitchy as other fan bases, but that’s not why they’re the worst. It’s almost hard to describe unless you’ve spent a decent amount of time in Gainesville (I have). They’re super arrogant and oblivious while simultaneously being super corny and weird. Stuck in the 90s I guess. I work with Clemson, Alabama, and North Carolina fans, and to a man they all agree Florida fans are the worst.
I will say that having met a few Aggie fans for the first time here recently Florida may not be the absolute worst anymore. They take Gator traits and amp them up to cult levels.

Call bullshite all you want but I've been to Gainesville/Swamp in 2000, '02, '04, '06.
The only time I was treated well was in 2000 when we had tickets on the Gator sideline (From a Gator co-worker) and were surrounded by a more mature group of Gator fans.
Experienced harassment (not the good natured type) in each of the three other years mentioned. In 2004, a Gator fan tried to break up a little performance by a cadre of Tiger band members for a group of LSU alums attending the game. Thankfully a Louisiana State Trooper intervened.
At a 2000 baseball I was harassed by some fat, ugly, redneck gator wench.
After the 2006 game I decided to never attend another game in that shite hole.
Hell I've even seen shitty Gator fan behavior at Jag games in Jax.
Every fanbase has them and UF is certainly not exempt.

I think people confuse The fact that Florida fans are to a large extent culturally different than most other SEC fan bases due to where a lot of Florida residents and students originate from. It’s not automatically that they are trashy just culturally different.

Gainesville has too many bad fan experiences to ever go back. From the 90s and early 2000s I made 3 trips to the swamp seated in 3 different areas with and without Gator fans including 1 game with a college buddy to watch them squeak out a win in 2002 vs Kentucky. It was a shitshow, fights, urinating fans, drunk fans, abusive sober fans,

Same as every SEC school.
The horror stories about UF fans just seem kinda strange since I've had multiple experiences with em in Jax and rarely if ever encountered what these LSU fans are saying and I've sat in the UF section a couple of times at the WLOCP.
Maybe it's different in Gainesville.

Some gator fans are absolute trash. Most are not.

Lie? LOL! Unwad your panties and listen up. Coming from attending games at Auburn, Alabama, UT, LSU and A&M it was pretty shocking walking through the UF campus to the stadium. Georgia is a pretty rowdy campus scene but not like the Gators. But that's just Florida or at least Florida from roughly the southern city limits of Gainesville to and thru the keys where FLORIDA MAN and FLORIDA WOMAN rule.

You said students. Which would be a lie because there is zero chance UF students are the trashiest in the SEC. admissions won’t let that happen.

You are a prime example of a Florida public school education. Which ain't good. There are no state income taxes which equates to no curbs or sidewalks, etc and horrible public education. I had a home in Central Florida once upon a time and paid through the nose to enroll four at Lake Highlands Prep. No way were mine going to a public school there. Lots of sunshine and if you like to drink it's great. There is a liquor store on every corner and all are busy. State parks are the best in America.

When? My four daughter's and one of my SIL's were there in 2002-2006.
