Can you imagine anything "trashier" or more "audacious" than compensating an American for his market value? Imagine the horror of allowing a person to monetize their talents and skills in a Free Market? It's unthinkable. These predominantly poor brown boys need to learn their place and make sure all that cash ends up in the hands of the University, amirite, Aggie?

Completely fair take on your part.
Just my experience.
I have found that those who hold a degree of any kind don’t become defensive and angry the way certain fans here do.
But I have zero data to back up that conclusion, apart from seeing their confessions/language/attitudes in various threads.
