In several small pieces. B12 teams are soft.

Oklahoma may be the best team no matter what conference u stick em in. I like TCU this season. Arky is avg but they have a good qb and veteren D and y'all made em look bad. Imo if u guys were in the sec east it would be TCU or UGA with USC surprisingly 3rd. In the west between 2nd n 5th. The west is pretty darn tough to navigate through

1a.
1st or 2nd in East.
4th or 5th in West.

1b. No, big 12 play is too irregular and Okie St choke jobs are too common to glean anything useful.

2. 2nd best to Bama with tools to beat any of them.

3. Mizzou for OU.

Georgia kicked your arse last year.

Don't flatter yourself. Everyone beats Arkansas.

You'd finish the year #10 in the SEC. at best.

Also, how would this answer change if TCU went into Stillwater and knocked off OkState who many of the pundits believe is the second best team in the Big12 this year?

Who asks questions like this? It's the equivalent of asking a bunch of college students what they think of that 3rd grader who beat up another 3rd grader.

Where would you rank Oklahoma this year if they were in the SEC?

Just above Ohio State.

Finally, if you could trade out a team in the SEC and take one from the Big12, who would it be?

Again, we're not in third grade. These "Do you like me? Check Yes or No" type questions are sad.

Oklahoma will never get a chance to prove that boast since they have zero chance to beat Clemson in the playoff. Get ready for yet another Clemson beat down OU.

Don't get all confident now that you beat shitty Arkansas. Won't be considered a quality win at the end of the season.

With a little luck, I think TCU can have one of the better teams in college football by year end. They have some limitations but if they can avoid the injury bug and a couple younger players come on, they should be a tough opponent for whomever. Right now, they are finding their way and so may lose 2 to 3 games before then, but it is not the type of team you will want to play during the bowl season.

Gracias. OkState does have a history being an odd duck but beating them in Stillwater is not so easy. I think this is a year where it would mean more than usual. But it may be too early in the season for TCU as they have some kinks to work out.

Y'all got a good one n Justin rogers commit I know that. Sucks that he got hurt but in a few years he will be a great fit in that offense

Bama, Auburn, and LSU all beat Arkansas by at least 4 or 5 touchdowns last year. Don't go patting yourself on the back too much

Perhaps this is your first time on a college football message board but this is exactly the type of thing that we adults do often on football message boards. Someone proposes a hypothetical and then you have a parade of posts with some reasonable fans giving honest responses and others from some homer fans giving irrational posts.

Frankly, if you look at many of my other posts here where I don't ask a hypo, invariable I will have several posters turn it into this hypo: where they will speculate on where TCU would be in the SEC or where the conferences rank and so on. The only difference here is I ask the question after TCU played an SEC opponent.

Finally, nothing wrong with giving people a chance to get on the TCU bandwagon early.

If we find a way to knock off OkState in Stillwater, I may start patting myself on the back a little. With regard to the Arkansas game, I just feel like we are a better team than last year and the result bore that out. Hopefully, TCU can get a chance to play one of those team's you listed by year end.

Would also be nice to setup a home and home with one of those teams as well in the near future. Always will respect Arkansas and other teams who do the traditional home and home. Think they are better for college football.

I would remove Bama from the 2011 BCS championship and replace them with OK State.

It seems like you are here trying to seek appreciation for TCU. Why would you want this from the SEC I do not know.
Winners and champions conduct their business on the field while others attempt to change the narrative after the game is over.

I am not trying to be a smart arse, but TCU's offense would have big problems against the defenses of the teams I mentioned.

Florida State couldn't run the ball against bama earlier this year, and Clemson couldn't run the ball against Auburn. I don't think Kenny Hill is good enough to have much success passing against those teams. The same thing applies to LSU
