You would have to say Geno Smith and Oregon's Thomas. Both have produced more at the QB position then AJ. Lame thread really

But we have faced an okay to legit defense, moron.

Penn st is #8 in total defense.

UCF and Temple are #4 and #5 in total defense.

Sounds legit. UCF must be fricking good on defense. They play in the MAC but that is one quality win.

That's the difference between Bama and LSU. We absolutely have no use for stats. Zero. We don't care if we average 200 yards of offense and your offense puts up 400. We'll still hang 40+ on your arse and hold you to under 20 and then you can run around and show everybody the stat line and that you actually won the game on paper. Yippee!

This may be true... But.. I haven't seen kstate's stats. Wait you are an LSU fan.. Why are you talking bout stats?

It's hilarious that all these boast about being a top defense and y'all haven't played a team with a qb with a pulse in 4 Weeks. I know I know.. You won't on Nov 5th either..

We also beat a 7-1 penn state team! Who has a formidable defense. Right?

We've faced two QB's so far this year that are much better than AJ. Both put up decent numbers, and both were very disappointed after the game. Is that the point you were trying to make?

Also, Lee is statistically the most efficient QB you will have faced so far this year. He puts up modest yards, but shows the signs of being able to do anything asked of him. He has more passing TD's and less interceptions than your "legit" starting QB, and splits time with another QB.

And make no mistake, we are better than you at both protecting the ball and taking it away.

Besides Arkansas what offense has your team played with offense if the top 50?

Your vaunted defense has held in check theses offenses (ypg):
22 Arkansas
76 Penn State
90 Florida
91 Tenn
105 North Texas
111 Vandy
116 Ole Miss
120 Kent State

LSU has faced:
6 Oregon
13 WVU
75 Miss State
90 Florida
91 Tenn
93 Auburn
118 Kentucky
FCS NWST

Don't give me this backup quarterback nonsense. You played Simms, one of UF's backups and will play Mosely. LSU has played more explosive offenses than bama and has still put up elite numbers on defense. I'm sure LSU will be ready for Mccaron since "they see the same in practice."

Maybe so but, your so called big time secondary can be thrown on by a QB who isn't getting his 1st start

Even if that were true, he'd still lose.
