Dude. It’s TULANE. If you’re going to be in the SEC you don’t play at shite schools unless it’s in you’re own state and you’re trying to spread the money within your state.

Ahh, this is a GREAT early lesson for Oklahoma and Texas fans on how the SEC works! One of the number one things you guys need to know is that a good number of LSU fans usually don't know what the hell they are talking about! Usually leave their verbal diarrhea over at the LSU section of TigerDroppings but sometimes they bring their nutria addled big brains over to tRant!

Arkansas has a 2-1 w/Tulsa

Kentucky has a 2-1 w/Akron and Toledo

Miss St has a 1-1 w/Tulane and Troy as a well as a 2-1 w/Memphis

Ole Miss has a 1-1 w/Tulane, UConn, South Alabama, and Charlotte

Missouri has a 1-1 w/UMass, 2-2 w/ San Diego State, a 2-1 w/North Texas, Northern Illinois, and Florida Atlantic, one game remaining w/a 1-1 w/Memphis, one game remaining in a 2-1 w/Miami Ohio, and two more games left in a 2-1 with Middle Tennessee

South Carolina had a 2-1 w/App St which was modified to a 3-1 and 2 remaining games in a 3-2 w/East Carolina

Vanderbilt has a 2-1 w/Colorado St and SMU as well as a 1-1 w/Hawaii.

Oh I see, so before it was whether they were an SEC team, per your standard. But now it's "they suck" which includes Florida?

I don’t know how OU going and playing a game in Louisiana that recruits can come to can’t help at least a little.

Y’all hosting recruits at Tulane’s stadium? Do y’all need to play in New Orleans considering all your games are on TV?

The whole playing places you want to recruit kind of died when every game became televised. You don’t need to play somewhere to get exposure in the area

I’m pretty sure one of the heads at OU (can’t remember if it was the president) was very favorable to Tulane joining the conference last time this happened. Not sure the connection to Tulane but he was pushing for it for a bit.

Maybe that's how this came to be.

Hey Doc, I’m glad to see Oklahoma is on the level of those power house blue blood programs.

Sooner fans,
Welcome to the SEC
You will be playing better teams week in and week out than juggernauts like Iowa State who lost to ULL last season.

Not gonna bs on this one… The fact that we did a home/home with Tulane is a little ridiculous. You pay those schools to come to your place and send them packing with a limp. It’s like an ugly fuk buddy. You never go to her, she comes to you and leaves when you’re done with her.

Playing panty waist teams only on your home field, ripping off your season ticket holders, is horseshite. What do you not get about that?

How many hundreds or thousands of dollars do you spend on season tickets to watch your team rip apart McNeese State and central michigan?

And the fact that central michigan is a "small school in the midwest" isn't a counter-point. The Chippewas? That's even worse than Tulane.
