Lateral move at this point. Would take at least 3 years to get the culture back right at Florida.

Florida is not a lateral move. It is however a huge rebuild with AD problems. I wouldn’t take the job until they had a better AD and a permanent President at minimum.

Recent history says Florida is a better job but NIL is such a game changer a few people with deep pockets and a love of college football can change that. I think he stays
