Holy ballsack batman

Manziel Sophmore year PASSING

69.9%---316 yards/game ----9.6Y/A----37TDS---13INT----172.9 RATING

Cam only year passing

66.1%----204 yards/game----10.2Y/A----30tds----7int----182 rating

Tebow soph year passing

66.9%----253 yards/game----9.4 Y/A----32 TDS---6 int----172.5 rating

Hurts soph year passing

60.4%-----148 yards/game----8.2 Y/A----17 tds---1int-----150.2 rating

To even remotely mention Hurts passing ability with those above is insane. Hurts is a glorifed running back who played on a phenomenal team who was told simply dont turn the ball over

If you guys are so stupid that you can’t understand I was making a point about not counting Hurts’s rushing yards, and only talking about his passing. I really don’t know what to tell you. At no point did I say Jalen Hurts is as good of a QB as Tebow, Cam, or Johnny. So I’m not sure what you’re inferring from the stupidity you’re typing. Have a great weekend.

They were limited passers, obviously not to the same extent but all three have there issues especially at the next level. I was simply stating if you take there rushing numbers away they aren’t offensive players of the year either in my opinion. Anyone with a brain knows Hurts isn’t anywhere near as good as those three. He also didn’t have the offense centered around him like they all did from my previous point, or a play caller that really knew how to get the best out of him last year. So who really knows what kind of numbers he would have put up if he wasn’t letting the running backs carry the load.

Johnny Manziel threw for 4,114 yards in 2013. That is the second highest total for an SEC QB in a single season ever. Only Tim Couch has thrown for more yards in a single season in SEC history. Yet Johnny was limited as a passer? Okay....

There are lies, damn lies and statistics. Johnny played in a wide open offense where half of his yards came from broken plays and throwing jump balls 40-50 yards down he field. When he got to the NFL and had to throw a timing comeback route to the far side of the field he couldn’t do it well enough. Box scores don’t tell you the whole story, and my entire point to begin with was college QB’s don’t have to be elite passers to have success. Good play calling and a fit on offense can make a world of diffrence. I really don’t care this much, so again believe what you want, obviously neither one of us are changing our minds.

Dumb take again. They had amazing passer numbers and were drafted round 1. Limited passers don’t accomplish either.

Just admit the whole idea of arguing for the sake of hurts has been a major fail for you, like everyone else.

Why do you have to respond to every single one of my post, even when I blatantly respond to everyone else around you and ignore you? I’m not getting into another pissing match with you, I’ve had all of your self righteous bull I can handle. Please move along to bothering another poster.

He could probably start for about half of the teams in the SEC . I don’t know if he would be able to keep the starting job on those teams .
