I live in Athens GA (well Watkinsville) so obviously I am surrounded by UGA. I spent 25 years in Dallas and was a loyal listener (P1) of Mush MouthThomas on Sports radio 1310 the Ticket. I still listen every morning on the internets. So I have Dallas traffic reports and Cowboys news while driving through Athens

Memphis has a good mix. Some shows are very Grizzly focused while others are pure college football. We get good discussion around the SEC and other area teams.

I listen to it pretty much every day at work. However, being in DFW, the majority of talk is on the professional sports (Cowboys talk dominates). They will do a few college segments per day during the season. The quality is really good. If I want more college discussion, there are good (yet, national) podcasts out there.

WNSP 105.5 in Mobile and Baldwin Counties is the GOAT sports station, I'll hear no argument

Randy Kennedy and Creg Stephenson are unbeatable

Missouri is a pro sports state. If Mizzou, Billikens, and Illini are doing well, they'll get coverage. Other than that ? Forget it.

WNSP in Mobile is good. Morning show has one bad host but the other is really good and the afternoon hosts are great.

I live in Huntsville, but Jox morning show(Roundtable) out of Birmingham is on a local station here. May be the best sports radio in the south. College football 365.

Bo was entertaining when Adam Alter was his producer. The new producers are competent, but don't reign in his ego nearly as well.

The other shows are mostly the equivalent of shooting the shite with good ol boys. There's a place for that, but I don't really care for it.

Game On with Wes Moore and Michael Smith was probably the best I've heard, but it went away when its parent company sold out.

So Arkansas sports radio ain't in a great place right now.

I do.

Its very hit or miss depending on the show. Most don't cover college football nearly enough.

107.5 the game is one of the worst I’ve ever listened to.
But i guess that’s expecting for a small town like Columbia

Probably the same for most SEC towns.

If i had to listen to sports radio (which i don’t) I’d stick to the National shows like Dan Patrick.
Loved SVP but he’s not doing that anymore

I live close to Tallahassee, so it's all FSU talk and how the SEC sucks. It's best to have satellite radio where I live.

The best thing about the guy in Tallahassee is his ritual melt-down every Monday afternoon after an FSU loss.

I think he’s the only one worth a damn on that station because he knows a lot More than anyone else on that station in all sports.

Just shocking at this point a major city hasn’t picked him up
