I love it. Occupying space in heads is what's made me a SEC Rant legend, along with a founding member.

If it is a tiny state, then should be minimal competition for tickets and the butts should be in the seats and not in the SECRant during a game.

You guys have invisible fans? Just asking because a large number of empty seats last night

The logic here is amazing.

But but but.....

Honestly, there is no logic on TD. Alabama has one of the largest fanbases in the SEC and the second largest fanbase on TD.

Trolls gonna troll.

Using the same logic. I think 95% of people who live in Louisiana are the same type of people that are on Swamp People. Just because those are the ones who I see on tv, more than anyone.

Stupid thread. Probably the worst thread last night started by a Bama fan was from a graduate. Same question can be asked of Notre Dame, Ohio State, USC, and Oklahoma. You know what all these teams have in common?

Having a huge fanbase that includes a lot of people who didn't attend there is not an insult, it's a compliment.

I've never counted but off the top of my head I'd say well over 100.

I'm not certain I understand the point - is there a reason for your inquiry?

Their student sections runs from the lower bowl to the upper deck.

I noticed a whole section of the upper deck in the corner of the endzone was empty. I imagine some of those people stand on the ramps so they have a better view, but not an entire section. So not sure what was up with that.

I think that was the overflow student section. Students cram in in the lower bowl instead of moving up top like they are supposed to

Thats the SE upper student section.

We were talking about it last night. The guy sitting next to me said he's written Mal about it several times. Said he's been in the TP waiting list for 5 years and would love the opportunity to buy those tickets.

Probably a below average amount. Just like the Tiger Rant and any other fans that regularly post on here during a game.

FWIW I was at the game last night but left at half time.

I could also probably guarantee that those seats aren't technically "available" even if they are empty, since as someone noted, the students are more likely to really cram into their seats. I bet if BDS officials made students sit like everybody else it wouldn't look so empty.

Incidentally, I moved to Indianapolis 12 years ago, and I rarely make a game. I also have no interest in pro football, which was just as true when Manning was in town and the Colts were on top. But according to your logic, I'm not a "real" Bama fan and I'm a "real" Colts fan.

Have to laugh as a large number taking potshots at your question and thread, but very few answering in the affirmative. I may have to lower my percentages to below 5%

I lived in a fraternity house for three years back in the early nineties while enrolled at UA. The house was located exactly where the Walk of Champions is presently located. Count me in as I attended most home games.

I haven't been to a game in several years as I prefer to watch from home.
