With McElroy, J. Jones, Ingram, Dial and Carpenter all likely leaving after this season, what do you expect next year?

I'm thinking a record comparable to this year, with a better defense but weaker offense. Alot like LSU this season.

10/11.
Another really solid season for Bama where they compete for the SEC championship.

11 at least with a bowl. The defense is going to be scary good and our offense wasn't nearly as good a you expect on first glance. The o-line will be much improved, thank God.

11-1
12-0

The last time we had a disappointing season, we came back hungry the next. Improved defense, young but good offense.

It depends on who leaves early. It's really too early to tell until we know what each team has coming back.

Alabama's schedule should be much easier than it was this year in my opinion. Replace road game at SC with home game against Vanderbilt. Also won't have last 6 SEC teams coming off bye weeks (only four coming off bye weeks next year). The three teams that beat Bama this year: SC (replaced by Vandy), LSU (Bama gets them at home next year), Auburn (I don't think Auburn is going to be very good next year).

Anything less than 10-2 would be a disappointment.

The only regular season the only game I could see them losing is LSU. That game is at BDS unfortunately. Now that the defense has a year under its belt it will be filthy. But I could see the offense sputtering in at least one game.I'd say they win 13.

Where are you going to generate offense from?

most of this next year will hang on our QB position and how well our new guy handles it all.

hard to say... we stand a chance to lose 2 or 3 again.

4 of 5 returning on offensive line with tons of experience. That will be the starting point.

McCarron can throw, sure he will make mistakes, but he will be able to burn defenses more consistently than McElroy.

Maze and Hanks are good receivers and Alabama has allegedly recruited well at WR the last two years.

Trent Richardson could emerge as best RB in the conference and is certainly one of the best.

You don't think there is talent that can produce offense on that team?
