Vegas drafted Shadeur, signs the other Sanders as UDFA, fires Pierce after starting ~2-10 and hires Deion in the offseason with an upcoming top 5 pick to pair with Bowers and Shadeur

If I was a GM/Coach. I would worry more about the dad than the son. Prime will be second guessing every move and blaming the organization/coach for his sons failure (or even lack of enough success). Other players will fix the son's arrogance soon enough.

I am old enough to remember Colorado winning natties and Heismans.
Mike McIntyre, Gary Barnett, and Rick Neiheisal all had 10 win seasons at the school. McIntyre did it as recently as 2016 so it is not some great miracle.

I’ll never understand the hate for Prime. The guy pulled a 1-11 CU team up to 9-4 in 2 seasons. That’s better than anyone expected from him when he took the job.

9-4
I don't think he's a smart gameday coach, but you barely need that anymore. He knows how to get kids in the door and has some good coordinators.
He probably won't stick around after his other son leaves and I wouldn't be shocked if he leaves after this year to some NFL job.
But you can't really complain much about what he did at CO. He's a douche, they played nobody, but you're paid to win games and hopefully elevate a program. This was just the 4th 9+ win team in the last 25 years for that program.
