This is their second winning season in 19 years. If this was a random coach not named Prime, he would be praised for turning the program around.

The problem with many people on this board is that they cannot separate personal feelings from a rational take. Nobody is saying you have to like Deion. Nobody is saying Colorado is some world beater. But to pretend that 9 wins for Colorado isn’t a damn good season is an ignorant take.

Look who they beat. They are not a good team, they are poorly coached with some good talent. It is what it is. I wouldn’t want Deon as my teams coach after seeing the past 2 years.

Yep. CU had 2 yards rushing last night. Prime’s offense is backyard football.

In past years they would lose to those same teams.

Going 4-8 against crappy teams is worse than going 9-4 against crappy teams.

I saw a bad OLine and no running game last night. Is that coaching or a lack of talent?

What does this have to do with anything? I’d prefer Kelly over Prime, but I’m sure many schools would kill for what he has brought to CU.

I saw a team poorly coached on both sides of the ball couldn’t stop the run, shitty special teams and LOTS of undisciplined penalties. Couldn’t run the ball or sustain even one drive with plenty of time to prepare—yea that’s on the COACH !

Matt Rhule isn't a racist. Sanders is - he only has "confident black men" on his team. Aren't we supposed to cancel racists?

This is just a quote you’ve pulled from the Monday Morning QB Club.

quote:

No, it’s because BYU was a much better team and owned the trenches.

Again, nobody is calling Deion this incredible coach. People are just recognizing that CU is a helluva lot better now than before him.

He would not run them in the ground.

He took a 1-11 Colorado to 9-4 this season.

He has one of the better 5 star QB commits.

He has a Heisman.

Most think he did pretty well at CU.

It's hella convoluted to me. They downgraded the schedule massively this year by moving to the new Big 12 from the old Pac 12. Shadeur and Hunter will be gone. I don't think you can really challenge for a championship without blue chip HS recrutiing to supplement portal grabs. Gonna be wildly different this year for him without his kids.

Oh, I see. Anyone who says anything negative about someone who is not Caucasian is automatically racist.

Looks like we have us a DIMocrat here folks!

I suggest he goes to LSU where he will have it easy to recruit top players for all positions. No way he will lose with all that talent at LSU.

Wtf?? He got tons of praise.

The ignorant take is believing that this is some great feat in the age of NIL w/ a big12 schedule.
