I will never understand why Florida did not go after him aggressively after Urban.

I'm confident you have never read Lewis' comments, so it's impossible for you to say what is obvious from those comments.
He MIGHT have admitted getting money from boosters of a second school. If he did, then MSU boosters are certainly the prime suspects. But nothing is "obvious" when you don't have access to ANY of the facts.
