This is yet another off-season topic mainly made to cure my own boredom as well as to ask the strange questions/see the varying opinions.

I'm going to type out a number of various hypothetical situations for the upcoming season. All you have to do is tell me on a scale of 1-10 how likely you think each one is. Play along if you want to. It'd be fun for me to see the responses.

- No SEC team makes it to the National Championship Game.
- An East team wins the SEC.
- Leonard Fournette wins the Heisman.
- Alabama loses 3+ games.
- Tennessee wins the East.
- Two SEC teams make the College Football Playoff.
- Georgia wins the SEC.
- Vanderbilt notches at least two SEC wins.
- Auburn beats Alabama.
- Nick Chubb wins the Heisman.
- Kentucky places in the top half of the East.
- South Carolina finishes dead last in the East.
- Five SEC schools are in the Top 10 by the end of the season.
- Alabama doesn't make it to the College Football Playoff.

Again, these are just fun hypotheticals. They mean literally nothing. Some of them are purposefully meant to be out there. I was not hopped up on any drugs in the making of this topic. Go wild!

I'm not going through the whole list sir. Too much to ask... but I am on nights and have nothing better to do.

No SEC in the ship: 3 - The other conferences are closing the gap (somewhat), but the SEC has the best teams in the land. I think Alabama or LSU will get there, or Tennessee as a dark horse pick.

Bama loses 3 games: 0 - this just isn't going to happen. They have had 3 losses only once in the last 8 years (2010).

Tennessee wins the east: 7 - They have the most talented team in the SEC east. They could even win the conference. It is very possible they choke it away though, because they did last year.

Vandy wins 2 SEC games: 5 -Their defense is actually pretty good, but I think they pulled a Muschamp and forgot to recruit an offense too. Anyway, they'll beat Missouri and someone else by virtue of their defense.

Auburn beats Alabama: 2 - You can never completely rule Auburn out, but they lost some quality depth to injures and dismissals. They shouldn't have given Malzahn an extension because it seems he's losing control of that team. They also have Kevin Steele as their DC.

- No SEC team makes it to the National Championship Game. Unlikely. I think we have three known contenders right now in LSU, AU, and UT and another may emerge during the season.

- An East team wins the SEC. It depends a great deal on who reps the West and who reps the East.

- Leonard Fournette wins the Heisman. Pretty good odds but there are other contenders out there. I don't think it's necessarily a shoo-in though as the Heisman doesn't often go to pre-season favorites.

- Alabama loses 3+ games. Not happening

- Tennessee wins the East. Pretty good odds there but the four game stretch will be tricky to navigate and provides plenty of ways to stumble.

- Two SEC teams make the College Football Playoff. Not likely but this year could be the best setup for that to happen we've seen in a while.

- Georgia wins the SEC.
They are very talented and capable of winning the East. That said, getting past both UF and UT with a true frosh QB is a tall order for any team.

- Vanderbilt notches at least two SEC wins. I think this is a near certainty.

- Auburn beats Alabama. As soon as you count them out they do well. I honestly don't know what to think about Auburn this year. They're a team that has the talent to beat anyone but they're also a team that's capable of performing way below their talent level.

- Nick Chubb wins the Heisman. I like Nick Chubb a lot but the Heisman field is full of really good RBs and he's coming off an injury.

- Kentucky places in the top half of the East. Doubtful.

- South Carolina finishes dead last in the East. Doubtful..

- Five SEC schools are in the Top 10 by the end of the season. Kinda feel 50/50 on that one.

- Alabama doesn't make it to the College Football Playoff. 50/50

Needs clarification.

If you mean by the end of the season five different SEC teams will have been in the top 10 at some point during the season: 7

If you mean at the end of the season, five SEC teams will be in the final top 10: 1
