How is LSU a habitual 8 win team when we won eight games only twice this past decade?

2016 and 2014 were they only years we won eight games. We have been a quarterback away for the last 13 years and going forward that shouldn't be a problem any longer.

I should clarify that Burrow wasn't proven in 2018 when we won 10 games.

Even that one shouldn't...LSU is and always has been a solid program and close to if not in the top 10 of all time in any category of all college football programs.
The same can be said for all of the big 6 SEC teams. Alabama is the one that stands heads and shoulders above all of us but they also arguably do that against all of CFB. The only reason LSU is a habitual 8 game winner is because whoever is saying it is talking shite about LSU as fans of other programs are not only prone to do but should do....otherwise CFB ain't as much fun as it is. With that in mind frick LSU and anything between Mississippi and Texas and south of Arkansas that ain't the Gulf of Mexico...1980 bitches! That's some damned consistency!

Well lets see in 116 years LSU has won 784 games so if my calculations are right you've got an argument. In fact you are not an habitual 8 win team you are a 7 win team.
