Ohio State lost to Michigan, but so did Alabama & Washington.

Ohio State probably has the top two running backs in the country after adding ole miss transfer.
A loaded WR room that lost Harrison, but added the #1 WR in the country and maybe the highest ranked WR recruit in history.
They had one of the top defenses in the country and added the best freshman defender in the country.
They added the KSU transfer at QB along with two 5 star QB recruits.

I think Harrison is the only key starter that they lost, yet everyone has them ranked behind a Georgia team that lost to Alabama in the SEC title game ?

What am I missing ?

You need to go back in the oven for 5-8 minutes because your cornbread ain't done in the middle.

Ohio State lost to Michigan and then ended the year losing to .....

Missouri.

Tell me again why Ohio State should be ranked ahead of Georgia.

You are LSU! You still can't get a grasp that Kelly is the one holding LSU from ever getting a championship now and in the future.

The pollsters are biased and did not take into account all the off-season moves by Ohio State. Not only is OSU going to be a lot better but I believe Georgia will take a step back this season.

Teams who don't give a damn about their NY6 bowl game shouldn't be ranked #1 in the nation.

Georgia had only one game they absolutely could not lose last year and they lost it. They never took a single snap in the 4th quarter of the SECCG with a chance to take the lead with a TD and the game ended with the other team taking a knee in Georgia territory. And yet there was much complaining that they should have been in the CFP anyway. They are a good team with a good coach and lots of talent. Currently they are an easy pick to just be great every year, like Alabama was the easy pick from 2009 through about 2021. It's a safe pick but it doesn't necessarily make it right. But what difference does it make, they'll either win all their games or they won't just like OSU and everyone else.

They lost to Georgia in the playoffs the previous year when they shanked a game winning field goal.
You consider that "struggling"?

No one seems to care about football when Mizzou plays them.

They lost to uga even after they were very fortunate Uga shanked two field goals.

Now do all of the others like bama 20 and SC 00 and in between.
