more cash for AJ (the we know of)
Actually, much less cash and for selling a bowl jersey that he was apparently allowed to own and possess as his own property, but not sell...

That was the only time in AJ entire career at UGA that he "got taken care of"....yeah right! Same then with Tunsil & any other player in the SEC.

I don't think anyone is arguing that, but it's the only thing he got caught doing.

So your argument against AJ being given 4 games for something borderline unconstitutional on the part of the NCAA (restricting someone's free trade) is to say he must have done some other stuff that he never got caught for?

Note to self: Never take my car to Cannon Motors for repair work if it takes 6 months to get it back.

If I'm a Georgia fan I'd probably just turn my attention to the Falcons and stop whining about a guy you missed on 3 years ago.

Hell yeah....we the biggest cheaters since SMU and proud of it. I have personally taken the ACT so many times that I have the test memorized. Plus I make it rain during every "Walk" prior to a game in the Grove then kick it up a notch by flying in hoes for recruits

Tunsil was also apparently less than truthful with the NCAA when first asked about all these things, and the NCAA is a lot like a mother in this regard: lying only makes it worse.
Ok, so just for the record, Dez Bryant lied about something that wasn't even a violation and he had to miss an entire season.

That being said, I'm glad Tunsil is back. The rules have gotten crazy. Just wish Dez Bryant could have been the beneficiary of this type of mercy.

Are there really Bama and thUGA fans in here acting like they don't cheat? Shocking.

Dez Bryant is also a massive piece of shite.

Dez Bryant lost a whole year just for not giving answers to questions that were not asked.
There really is nothing keeping schools and fanbases from going full rogue like the Alabama schools.

I won't lie that I'm surprised we got him back, given that it was more than a one time loaner. But I also felt like Gurley, AJ Green, or Pryor getting suspended was ridiculous. Johnny Manziel was signing stuff for cash and got suspended half a game. I honestly think the SEC should say screw the NCAA and do their own thing. Improper benefits less than $5,000 should be a 2 game suspension, and an additional 2 games for each $5,000 after that. 1 game suspension for weed and 4 for performance enhancing drugs. I also think the coaches that cheat need to be punished somehow. How John Calipari has never been punished by the NCAA is a joke to me. UMASS and Memphis get punished, but he just gets a better job. Also, while cheating definitely happens a lot with football, it is not even in the same discussion as basketball. AAU coaches, guardians, cousins of basketball players are making more than potential Heisman candidates.

Ole Miss going full cheat-mode to try and compete in the SEC under Freeze, it's all they have. Working out pretty well for them if they can get a player back after buying him during recruiting and on top of that consistently letting him get major impermissible benefits while on the team. NCAA has turned into a joke.
