No dude. 6 gets us a bowl. I don't think you understand how bad we were. With all due respect he's not getting fired. He's not even on the hot seat. I won't even get into the financial part of it.

I was there in person. They are nothing overly special. I would think they are a mid to lower half SEC team. The D line plays well as a unit and has some nice players. Verse is a NFL body and player whom LSU recruited hard from the portal. I thought the Pittman kid at WR played awesome and with SEC level speed elusiveness.

Jared Verse is great, and Jordan Travis did an incredible job escaping pressure. Any other QB would have been sacked 3-4 times behind their offensive line.
The rest of the team is average.
If Travis can continue to play good mistake-free football, I think they’ll have a good year in the weak ACC. But that’s gonna be a lot to ask of him being under pressure every other snap.

It is what it is. No reason to set unreal expectations when you know what you got. I've seen what can do. We were in full rebuild mold after willie. Norvell has done a solid job of that. Jordan has come so far.

So going to a bowl will save his job? I would understand if this was the SEC West but they play in an easier conference and with that schedule, I don't see any reason they cannot win eight or nine games in year three.

Their defensive line came out with an attitude that hasn’t been seen in a long time. Now their DBs are still an unknown because they went against a team with that had terrible offensive line play and substandard passing from the QB. Daniels is a runner who happens to play QB. But FSU deserves the win, no doubt. They took advantage of weaknesses from LSU. Especially on that final blocked PAT
