Who will be better? Mizzou or TAMU?

Why do I feel like, I just insulted TAMU?

Mizzou is going to the east. They will have a better record because of it, I'll call it now. Not sure who will win our game, but I have a feeling it will be pretty evenly matched. Hopefully Sumlin will be able to hold on to a lead that our team was almost always capable of getting early.

Don't worry aggie. When the power shifts back to the East, maybe you'll have a shot at the title.

Can't wait!! Excited to play every team, and having GA and Bama in Columbia next fall will be awesome. And we have Kentucky for Homecoming - excited to show off our traditions as the founder of college homecomings to our new conference!

I think next year will be tough, as we prep for 7 teams we haven't seen before, at least with current rosters. I think we'll compete, lose 1-2 we shouldn't and hopefully surprise a team or two. I'd be really happy with 8-4 next year, but satisfied as long as we get to a bowl game. Might have higher expectations if we had Josey back, but I'll be surprised if he plays next year. He can't even have his 2nd surgery, for the ACL, until sometime next month and that's not enough time to rehab.

Can't wait for September!

Hey, now! 2011 was the 100th anniversary of Homecoming at Mizzou! Doubt any HS were hosting homecomings back then. We're pretty proud of our Homecomings, it's a big deal here.

How do y'all feel about your new coach?

The only good thing homecoming was ever good for was getting drunk and building the float with whatever sorority we got paired up with. Now that my college days are behind me, I guess it's totally worthless.

Do you think there will be a lot of Gators making the trip? I've had very little interaction with the UF fanbase so I can't wait for this game.

I am doing three Alabama games this fall. The opener in Dallas against Michigan, Fayetteville a couple of weeks later, and then a trip to Columbia against Missouri. My dad went to the Alabama-Missouri game in 1978. I'm looking forward to making that trip.

I'm excited for the whole season. It's gonna be so refreshing to have high-profile opponents visit Kyle Field and have road trips to places other than waco or Ames to watch the Ags play. Most excited for the Florida, LSU, and Bama game.

super excited about the whole season. I was a student when we played the Razorbacks and LSU (I'm a former SWCer)so I'm especially pleased to be back with both. Gators as first official SEC game is huge, and one that we have a possibility of stealing. I'm hopeful I can get to the Bama game, and I'm shooting for 2 roadies this year.

I'm looking for a 7-5 record, but a bunch of that is raw hope right now since there are so many unknown variables. I'm happy w/Sumlin and I think he's going to win a game or two he shouldn't.

This will be just a great year.

I am super excited about our first home SEC game with the Dawgs baby!!!! Gonna be a dream come true. The two teams I follow get to meet on the field!!! Even had a special jersey made up for it.

Also, having the National Champions come to town is going to be huge. Aint nothing like it and I cant wait for the Big 12 pukes like ku and ksu to be sitting over there on the sidelines looking at us on national TV with envy. We need to play respectable and not let that one get out of hand.

WHo knows Bama may be able to even up the all time series! We lead them 2-1 currently.

I am waiting to hear on my season tickets. I am also planning at least 2 road trips. I am thinking UT and either USC or UF. Who knows, UK is not that far away, would be nice to see us beat another flavor of wildcats!!

Very excited!!

The reason we don't have a Homecoming is very simple: Every game at Kyle is a "homecoming".

Just one in the long line of gay traditions you guys have? Couldn't talk the football players into putting on dresses and escorting your cheerleaders down the field?

I'm pretty sure we don't have homecoming because we had no girls until the 1960's
