He'll probably stay at Ole Miss where a 10 win season gets a statue, instead of moving on and actually playing for something.

Kiffin has Ole Miss 32-5 in its last 37 games…
I’d say that’s pretty badass

It may just be that we aren't such a bad location for a head coach. Hell, even Chris Bears has fallen in love with the place. So has Golding. LSU couldn't lure Bianco (an LSU grad). Charlie Weiss Jr wouldn't leave Oxford for Florida.
Stop being silly.
Why would Weis Jr leave Kiffin to go coach under Brainless Billy.
Coaches say they love their current locations all of the time.

Lane is likable
Kelly is not

After reading TN TYGAH’s post, it seems like Lane may be holding Ole Miss back lol…..what an idiot.

Because he wins 10 +- games a year. As an Auburn fan, I would be ecstatic with a double digit win total. Can’t tell you how frustrating it is as an Auburn fan and not having a 10 win season.
And with the playoffs 10 wins will get you in most years.

How does Kiffin generate so much hype?
In the modern era — which about 90% of LSU fans still refuse to accept — Lane has Ole Miss sitting #3 in total SEC wins, behind only Georgia and Bama.
We’re in an era where it might actually be better not to play in the SEC Championship if you want a playoff spot. Same logic as Hoover — if you’re already a national seed, why risk it? I said might, but it’s a valid point.
Kiffin gets it. He understands the portal and NIL era as well as anyone in the country. Even in “rebuild” years, he finds ways to win.
He’s raised the entire standard at Ole Miss.
But again — you have to understand there’s pre-NIL/portal football and post-NIL/portal football. If you’re still stuck on the old way, yeah… you’re not going to get it.

As a future Florida coach it makes sense
