They're improving. Faster than I thought they would. Too many turnovers and big plays given up to be great but that can be improved on with experience.
Almost anything is better than last season so I'm happy.

We knew we lost a helluva lot of talent but most of us felt the new guys would step up by now. Some true frosh are actually playing the best of the bunch.
Season is halfway over, this defense isn't going to improve much more so the offense will just have to sling it away.
Truth being, there are 4 players carrying this whole team this year.

That this is the season we we're hoping for last year - something respectable.
Something, that if successful, would be a season that could be built on at to SEC level.

This LSU offense is easily the best I've seen from them in my life time and one of the best I've ever seen in the SEC.
Their defense is one of the worst units I've seen them field.
We just can't have our cake and eat it too.

I gotta give the surprise trophy to Mizzu. They had a easy walk so far, but still light years ahead of last year. And LSU's offense is as close to a NFL O as you can get. O, and Vandy is back.
Arkansas nearly had me on board.

I'm very encouraged by Murphy's play. Receivers look much better. I think we will complete passes against LSU 
The defense has been great. They always start slow, but don't fail to make plays when needed. If we still had Easley we would be SICK. I can't wait to see Robertson back.
Our kicking has been terrible. If we don't fix that we will not take the next step.
Right now I think we will be in every game we play. We are talented, and not clicking at everything, but there is an upside.

Kinda like 2010 when we started 5-0. But, the remaining schedule is easier this year. Potentially, this is a great team. Just haven't developed a personality yet.

I said no!! now go play with your toys. On a serious note: This is the worst LSU defense I have seen since Lou Tepper era, can't tackle, can't cover.

Driskel threw bullets with little touch. Murphy's been working well with the WRs so far. I think he volunteered to be on the scout team the previous year too?
