3 losses with their schedule should make it a moot point.

Going to be ridiculous if they make the cfp without a single win over a ranked team.

ND has played to the level of a top 8 team. I don’t think they’re ranked high enough.

Maybe those “lesser” teams should lay down, do the conference a solid

They'll squeeze by a mediocre USC team and move into the top 10.

Gonna be bullshite when 10-2 ND gets In the playoffs over one of the likely 10-2 SEC teams

Pull for the condoms this weekend. ND plays a 2-3 game schedule. Rest are cupcakes.

The way they are ranking Notre Dame should be the way they rank every team.

If they think they are the number 13 team in the country still because their losses are to good teams, then good job not just making it about wins and losses.

Now apply that standard to every team. If number 2 loses to number 1 and you still think number 2 is the second best team in the country, leave them at 2.

The further into the season we go the more the games will rank the teams for us. Early in the season don't be afraid to plant flags.

Honestly answer: how many teams ranked behind them would beat Notre Dame?

In this era, teams that don't look that good may still be good.

Is the poll based on how they have performed or their potentiality.

ND's best win is against an unranked Boise State.
They are ranked because they ALMOST beat two teams that haven't shite the bed yet.

Check back over the years and quite often they will be the highest ranked team with the number of losses they have. They've always been the media darlings.

You can examine every teams best wins and best losses with the same scrutiny, and probably end up with ND at 13.
