How bad will Bama drop replacing AJ?

Looks like it'll be a red-shirt freshman taking over. I don't think LSU has a much to worry about but I think Bama may be in trouble. Thank God for a strong running game. I'm not saying we'll suck but I just don't know about being top 5 again. We'll see.

John Parker Wilson and Greg McElroy had undefeated seasons
I think we'll be okay. 10 wins guaranteed. possible 15-0 'ship

We have had a pretty good track record with first year starters. They will lean on the running game more, but we still have big time WRs. There will be a drop off, but I don't think it will be huge.

Top 10. They'll be fine.

3-9 0-8 SEC
Will then adopt air raid under Kliff Kingsbury after Saban leaves for Texas.

Depends on how quickly Coker can get up to speed.

Ummm they won't? I vote they put David Cornwell in already.

All things equal (Saban and the coaching staff staying intact), I think you will miss CJ more than AJ. CJ has been awfully good for 4 years and has been a constant in the defense. He offers a lot of options on offense.
AJ is a great quarterback but Bama will just go back to stacking the running game until the new quarterback is broken in.

Cornwell has played 2.5 seasons of football in his life and is coming off a knee surgery. Its unrealistic to think he will be able to play next year.
Next years starting QB will be Jacob Coker.

They all had great defenses and a big O-Line to rely on.
How's the defense look? Is it gonna improve next year? Does it have a chance to be special?

IMO it's gonna be "easier" next season expectation wise due to the players leaving and the fans not expecting much.

this. 2009 when GMac took over Bama rushed more and everything worked out. Same thing when AJ took over in 2011.

Probably will improve a bit.
