Odom isn’t a “good one.”
He’s a relic on the coaching side. Which is fine as a coordinator. He’s not the easiest person to get along with. He would’ve likely been retained for at least one more year if he hadn’t given an ultimatum of an immediate extension or be fired.
He lost the team by bringing in Kelly Bryant and then not holding him accountable. When Bryant banged our NFL caliber TE’s gf, the team went to shite and Odom has no clue why.

Bass, you're correct. All your examples are clear symptoms of being "in over one's head" as a D-1 HC.
I do, however, think he's a decent guy who may be a lower-tier HC at some point a la Steck. (But maybe he's happy making more $$ as a coordinator?)
