What has aggy achieved? No playoff appearance each has a new year 6 win. Pretty low standards you are setting

My guess is TU and OU will join in 2023. Just a gut feeling.

With the playoff expansion on hold there are more unknowns.

I think this is a bigger factor than most will admit.

OU and Texas announced their intention to join the SEC when it looked inevitable that the playoffs would be expanded, thereby making room for up to 3-4 SEC teams to get playoff spots in a given season.

Now that expansion is dead, and will generally only have 1 team in the playoffs, that's a whole different equation for OU and Texas to consider, and I'm not sure they like the answer nearly as well as they did last August.

It never fails to make me laugh when aggies try to talk down to the big 12 as if they weren't thoroughly dominated for 16 years up until the point they had enough and just ran away

lol times have changed and aTm is gonna frick Texas up when they join the SEC

I find it humorous that the Big 12 is going to play two seasons with the lineup they should have added a few years ago that probably would have saved the conference.

The dildo gang on here loves to pretend the school in Austin is going to magically become a perennial top 5 program again soon after joining the SEC.

The best part is they both were responsible for setting those penalities when A&M/Mizzou left. Now they're a victim of their own creation in a conference that's barely alive.

Amazing

And hasn’t it been Texas that’s refused to schedule aTm? While aTm has pushed to restart the series asap?

Pussies

Definitely stalling. Well Texas is. I think OU wishes they could move right now. They are ready to get out. But I guess OU does what Texas tells them to do.

Wasn't referring to the typo, I knew what you meant.

If Texas and OU really wanted to be in the SEC ASAP, they would have negotiated their way out by now. Like all other teams do when they want out of a conference.

I simply don't believe that two of the biggest programs in the game are totally incapable of negotiating an early exit from a middling regional conference made up of glorified mid-majors.

They're stalling on purpose.

You may be on to something here.

Are you telling me the big bad horns cannot get out of the BDF early, especially 'running' the conference for the last decade? You are a true idiot, XWing. All sip graduates should put a muzzle on you ...

Didn’t aTm pay to exit the Big 12 early?

Why can’t Texas?

Not as much $$$$ as aTm I guess?

They could, but they simply do not want to do so. Wonder why exactly?

Will laugh when all 3 of those teams likely beat Texas and OU before they bolt for the SEC

Yes, all 3 will beat Texas, no doubt.

Oh wow, that’d be pretty fun to watch.

Texas stalling joining the SEC only to get skullfricked by AAC teams would be hilarious
