I love all of the classic stadiums of the SEC...but I would like to see an SEC team build a dome like Syracuse's Carrier Dome...but with a retractable roof.

It would be nice to have on those hot early Sept games.

football is meant to played outside and in the south you are not getting a harsh winter during football season
with that said, the potential exists to see a chilly playoff game especially up north in December

Sometimes, when I'm melting in the Texas sun, I do consider this.

Then I spend time in an enclosed NFL stadium and remember how much shitter the vibe is.

I don’t know. Maybe someone could build a stadium with actual seats first.

For all intents and purposes, Bama owns the dome in Atlanta.

Ole Miss should talk about upgrading from a high school stadium first

I love the super dome for saints games but SEC football needs to be played outdoors (unless it’s a bowl game)

So a stadium inside a stadium? Interesting.

You and I both know OM would be the last to do this. It would take blue blood money to make it happen.

A better solution would be to play the games in the hot locations at night.

Who doesnt like a night game? They are a million times better than a 2:30 game (or heaven forbid an 11:00 game).

That's a gay take. Football is meant to be played outdoors in the mud and the elements..bad weather and all.
