The worst.things I remember were as a kid in the 80s going to Alabama games at Legion Field. Two incidences that I'm fuzzy on details about but do remember happened at Tennessee games at Legion Field. First was when I was a little kid in the early to mid 80s. Remember a group of fans outside the Tide and Tiger bar and some random looking redneck bumping/getting bumped into just randomly pulling out and brandishing a switch blade knife at bystanders. Weird and totally random.
Second incident involved an Alabama fan that had had enough of a loud mouth drunk sitting next to him. He took one of those heavy folding cushions, stood up, and knocked the s### out of the guy over the head with it. That one was actually kinda funny.
