I’m truly excited for this game. I love the Texas vs Arkansas game. There is true hate on both sides, but respect at the same time.
Neither team has done much the last 10 years, but it is one of those games you just want/need to win. It will be a tough loss for whoever loses on Saturday.
As we get closer to the game, I truly feel like both teams could come out on top. This game is going to come down to turnovers and special teams. I think both offenses may struggle a bit early.. Both will try to establish the run, and both defenses will dare the QB to beat them..
Not only am I excited about this game, but I am pumped that this game will be played annually (hopefully) starting real soon..
This game is one reason that I love college football. Rivalry games FTMFW..

I agree BigBro! We play all the top SEC teams but the history in this one and bad blood on both sides have be evident this week and I'm really looking forward to Sat night. I like Sark and think he'll do you guys some good in the long run but Sat night let's hope he's drunk at Noon!

I'm excited about this game being (hopefully) a yearly rivalry in the future (I'm an old SWC guy however). The hate is real. 
can't wait for the game on Saturday. I expect nothing less than absolute pandemonium from the Hog fans.

Texas LSU - Labor Day
Texas Oklahoma - Early October
Texas Arkansas - Late October
Texas Texas A&M - Thanksgiving

I don’t know that I really have a strong preference as to when it is played. As a fan/alum the Thanksgiving weekend date might be best. As a student I would want it not to be set around a holiday so I would have all week to party at school before the game. Our schedule is always going to be brutal.

They will play A&M that week and we will probably play LSU that week, if not then probably Mizzou. I think we should stick to mid-late October like the SWC days.
