Hooker says that the amount of Vol fans at LSU had an impact on the game

Hooker sounds more like a coach than a player being interviewed

I believe it as well. I was there and we were LOUD when LSU had the ball. And afterwards we pretty much took over.

LSU fans there were surprisingly accomodating and a lot of them even wished us luck against Bama.

Notice how calm, cool and collected Hooker sounds. Maybe because of his age?

But if you just had the sound bite of this guy speaking with no image nor knowledge of who he is, i would guess he was a coach and not a player.

Part of the reason we are so damn good on offense and improving every game.

We have a full grown man at the QB position who is very cerebral and tough as nails to boot. I absolutely love this guy.

Easily my favorite Vol since Dobbs.

There was a shite load of Orange.

Possibly the most away fans I’ve ever seen in there.

The entire upper deck was Orange.

I didn't think there were as many visiting fans at 2018 Georgia. But it wasn't too far off, there was absolutely a ton of orange there Saturday...

Of course he does. He's old AF playing against college kids.

I couldn’t really hear the Vols fans on tv until way later in the game when it was over.

Been through a lot of adversity as well if you study his history. At one point he was told he might not ever play football again.

We aren’t as bad as some of the shittier schools try to make us out to be. I still hope y’all lose to Alabama, but good luck the rest of the way!

Same age as Stetson Bennett. That maturity is helpful.

When they came to Oxford in 2014 they brought a TON of fans...they travel. It is what it is.

I’m rewatching the game now and from that muff kick to the Hyatt catch it was all Vols noise wise in the 1st. LSU had some crowd noise on the Hooker fumble and the 4th and 2 but pretty much disappeared after that.

LSU fans were pretty crazy back in the early 2000s. They seem much more reasonable now.

I was at an Auburn/LSU game in the early 2000s and at Jordan Hare because i did one semester there and visiting LSU fans were literally terrorizing the entire AU campus lol. I saw a group of three LSU girls assualt and beat up one drunken Aubie fan. The guy was too drunk to defend himself. It seems one LSU guy maybe one of their boyfriends was kust kind if standing there in approval laughing the entire time.

That was one tiny example. There were large groups challenging Auburn fans to all out brawls the entire day pretty much.

So i was expecting the worst on Saturday.

This fan base is absolutely infallible. The amount of passion and heat they bring when you consider the lack of return they’ve gotten for the past decade+ is second to none.

That touchdown to Hyatt when Tennessee went up 20 might’ve been the loudest ive ever heard VOLS fans on tv at a road game

When Bru made his 1st catch you could get an idea how loud they were. This weekend is going to be wild.
