No it didn’t. 143 vs Georgia is the most.

You seem to ignore that we have never expected a championship every year. But how long would Alabama football fans tolerate mediocrity?

Alabama and Saban are not a fair comparison.

If Saban had to play a 12 team playoff - he would have won no more than one national championship.

Facts.

Calipari doesn’t have the in-game coaching IQ that Saban had. It’s a huge difference. You can be the best recruiter but if you know absolutely nothing about X’s and O’s, you’ll have mediocre results at best. Recruiting is just one aspect of it.

In the last ten seasons, Calipari won the SEC 4 times and came in 2nd twice. His teams made the NCAA tournament all but two seasons, and one of those was the covid year when the tournament was cancelled. They would have qualified easily. So he has made the tournament nine out of the last ten years. In the last ten years he has finished runner-up once and made three final fours. He has two more elite eights. So over the past 10 years he has made it to the elite eight 50% of the time.

You say that is mediocrity. That is exactly what I meant when I posted that a lot of Kentucky’s problem is fan expectations.

That is NOT mediocrity. You obviously want better. You want a new coach. Who out there do you feel confident will do better and how much will it cost?

There is a lot of truth to this. At the end of the day college football playoff is short and decided by people behind a desk.

Usually, I let ignorance pass, but not here. Reading is "good", and Google is available even for the uber-lazy and misinformed.

Found you a linky ding bruh: LINK
