Debatable, but to their credit they did force Fields to throw twice as many interceptions in one game as he did the previous 13.
If LSU avoids turnovers they should win comfortably, although to say they should win easily might be a stretch.

Well, of course they thought Bama would beat LSU. It was in Tuscaloosa, Bama was #1, and LSU had lost the last 8.
Pretty much only UGA fans thought Georgia would beat LSU. LSU was a 7 point favorite over Georgia and 12 point favorite over Oklahoma. Both ended up blowouts.

But who knows really? Clemson blew out Alabama last year and no one saw that coming. LSU has been great and appears to be playing their best football now, but Clemson isn’t going to roll over like OU. Clemson will be the most talented team LSU has faced since Alabama, and Lawrence will move the ball. Winner will likely be the team that doesn’t get held to field goals
