i have never bragged about clemson winning the osu game or any game lol

u got triggered when I pointed out OSU benefited from one of the worst pass interference calls of all time to say alive in that title game with Miami. Miami wins the game if not for that call.

every OSU fan in the country agreed with that call lol

You should have lost to fricking North Carolina if Mack brown would have gone for ovetime instead. It’s laughable you orange fricktards are to stupid to see the difference between Auburn and NC.

Clemson would have a minute 30 to get a FG or TD if they had done that.

Our FG kicker can make them from 50 plus. big leg. that's why he went for the win.

I always take the team with the best passsing QB. unc wins that metric easily

We match up well with each other. This one is going to be a much closer game. They are going to use the Auburn game as a template. Press coverage. Blitz. We are not going to get the free release we did against Oklahoma. I think our defense will do well against their offense. They will score points, I have no doubt. We will have to limit our mistakes and ensure we stay in front the entire game. I am confident that we will get the win but this will be our toughest game yet.

only beat Auburn by 3 and scored 23 or so. Clemson has better secondary
Soggy field and we still put up 500 yards on them. Also, they have elite DL which allowed them to get pressure rushing 3, you don’t have that luxury this year.

I agree. I have similar thoughts as lcoachfb. In some ways I think we match up better with LSU, but the LSU O attack from scheme to players is filthy. D has improved a ton. Our starting corners are legit (similar to LSUs). Our safeties are better in run support. CEH is a problem for our LBs.

Similar to OSU, man for man LSU is more talented. Venables is a magician, and we seem to have an uncanny resilience the past couple of years.

80% of the SEC posters on here have been nothing short of arrogant and obnoxious the past couple of days. If Clemson fans are new money, LSU fans are acting like the bum on the street that just won the lottery. You won’t get an honest conversation on here.

If both teams play well I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes down to two or three big plays and which teams makes them. I’m just a little concerned about LSU’s offense. I have seen Burrow get hot and complete 12 or 13 passes in a row. Anyone who says that LSU is not very good on offense is either a fool or just running their mouth. But anything can happen. He could have an off game. Venables could come up with a way to slow them down. But it’s a tough match up.

So did y’all live up to the hype when North Carolina almost beat y’all? I know LSU isn’t in the save class as Clemson who isn’t scared to play anyone at anytime. I mean hell, if we had to play Citadel, Wofford and Charlotte all in the same season I think we would just crumble.

First off we didn’t play 3 FCS teams this year.

Clemson played two SEC teams this year. You played Texas and a bunch of nobodies. Every year for the past decade Clemson plays at least one SEC team and one other top tier power 5 team (Auburn, UGA, A&M, Notre Dame). Clemson does more than most teams are willing to do as far as play 10 Power 5 teams. If you look at Clemson’s SOS from 2013-2017 it is typically in the Top 15 in the country.
