I think that was filmed in 16:9 but broadcast in a 4:3, people look skinnier when that happens.

I think many are underestimating the damage Booby did to his reputation. No BCS school is going to touch this guy.

He's shite all over 2 college programs and an NFL franchise.

Buyer beware becomes buyer run a away eventually.

He won't be a head coach or even a coordinator at a big time school for a long while. His reputation is too much for schools to make that kind of investment. IMO he's done. I don't care how good of a coach you are, with a reputation as a liar and a cheater, you aren't getting the jobs you want.

He has already failed at the NFL level and the way he left Atlanta, do not see any truth in this statement

Oh, I don't think anyone in the NFL is going to hire him as a HC.

However, a small coaching gig on the offensive side of the ball is not unimaginable.

Maybe but that be a great waste. The guy is a winner and does more with less as much as anyone. A cure would a huge money penalty if contract not fulfilled (due to breaking rules or leaving for any reason).

I wouldn't like it. I dont want to hear about him for a while honestly.

This is why some Arkansas fans want to hire him back- because the thought of him going somewhere else and winning depresses them and makes them cringe. They really need to get over it

I think he goes NFl O Coordinator route then Texas Tech type head coach position.

With his reputation, and the fact he lost more than won in elite games, Texas wont hire him.

I don't believe this one bit. A school like Tennessee that is clamoring for the old days will do anything to get back to on top and will be willing to ride out the storm. When they are winning the East in for years people will be talking about what a brilliant hire it was.

Really? You realize Bobby lost $18 MILLION over a piece of tail right? Yeah he doesn't care about money.... No monetary penalty will stop him from doing something stupid.

I don't think his wife would let him put in the hours necessary. I was really surprised they are still together.

Now, if he were single -

Why would Arkansas care? From what I have been reading here lately, the team without him as HC this year will be better than any team he ever had while he was there.

Most Hogs fans are apparently glad he moved on so they can finally prosper.

Petrino would be as good a hire as they could make, if he could convince them he was a changed man (which I really believe he will be). He would have them back on top of the college football world in 3 years or possibly less.

Make no mistake, this is still 'Bobby's team'. Even though he is no longer here, he built this team and his philosophy is still in place. What remains to be seen is if the game planning and play calling are up to snuff. The players there ARE probably the best line up he would have had.

IF, and by IF I mean no way it would EVER happen, Petrino were hired at Texas ; and he somehow managed to get into a BCSCG he would get dismantled by the SECC. Guaranteed.

Four years later and he still believed high power offense + semi good defense = SEC aka BCS championship.

Many of our own fans thought that to, even though they got proven wrong over and over.

Wut? I think it is more that we are sad he made the choices he made, but despite his departure, we will carry on and prosper.

I am of the opinion that no major program outside of UT perhaps would consider hiring the guy.

In fact, I know some that would argue that he's never been hired by a major college football school.

I thought the Haynes hire showed he finally figured it out. You don't think so?

I would be happy for Bobby, but Texas won't touch that much Baggage!
