Can anyone really say these are different? If one "should have been flagged" the other should be as well, no?

Not saying this makes one targeting and not the other, necessarily, but the big difference I see is how Chad Kelly ducked down as the hit was coming. Didn't see that with Hurts.

I didn't watch the game but from that footage both look like clean hits to me. The QBs just got caught not seeing the defenders before it was too late. Brutal but clean.

This is the answer. Kelly was a runner and had gone well passed the LOS. Hurts was not.
