hate it, worst accomadations of any stadium Ive ever been to. LSU has neyland beat

the restrooms and the concession areas are of piss poor design. I almost rather the old west upper.

offtopic, the upper terrace in the superdome. Good luck coming up or down if you are tanked.

Good God that shite gives me vertigo every time I go up there. Yes, and being trashed doesn't help.

I'm pretty sure that LSU's stadium rises more sharply than Bama's. Never been to Tennessee before.

I was leery of standing/jumping in the SS because it felt like I was about to fall off an edge of a cliff.

I would much rather be at the top of one of those stadiums than the "top" of the OSU or PSU stadium. Its probably waaay further from the field.

I was sitting in the highest row in the whole stadium at UGA earlier this fall, and it was pretty damn high.

Same here - I was on the top row of the east side, starring into the sun the entire game. It seemed higher to me than the old upper west side of Tiger Stadium.

I sat on the top row in the endzone at Bama on October 17, and that seemed like the highest I have ever been. Could have been the Maker's talking to me, but I literally felt like I was going to fly away with all that wind.

Was standing on the opposite endzone's sideline for the 2008 OM game just below the student section. I kept looking up at that and saying frick that. From that angle, it looked like it was perpendicular to the ground.

I once sat in the top row of the East Side Upper Deck at BDS on about the 40 yard line. It was not a bad seat. You can lean back against the wall so that's nice, you can stand and feel a breeze blowing (it was early in the year and hot), you're always under a cover and in the shade, and you have a good panoramic view of the field. Additionally, the bathrooms and concession stands in the upper deck are plentiful and never crowded.

Neyland is definitely not the highest. Not even close. The only stadiums it is higher than are Ole Miss and Vandy. I think it would be between LSU, Georgia, Arkansas, Auburn, and MS State, and Florida

tiger stadium has to be taller than Bryant Denny. They both seat the same capacity, but BD has an upper deck in an endzone and Tiger Stadium does not.

I agree it is not Alabama also, and yes even though MS State's was maxed out at 58,000 the other night, it's still really tall. if you closed in both endzones it would be shaped identically to Tiger stadium and hold almost as many people. State, LSU, Auburn, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia all have upper decks with similar heights.

Has to be that stinkin' third level deck in Sanford. Sanford's second deck might be a little lower than Williams-Brice, Jordan Hare, Tiger Stadium and BDS, but that third deck is a whole new level.

. . . at least there's nobody above you throwing piss-filled water bottles on the visitors.
