It is. I’ve been deployed to air force bases. It’s difficult to pick out the gay ones in that branch.

Midnight Yell is typically held w/in blocks of the hotels, so that ”socially lubricated” fans can walk.
Also, it’s always held someplace where the venue agrees to accommodate thousands of visiting fans.
