You think making fun of a QB of our team is funny after he gets seriously injured. I've never said you arent a fan mind you. You arent negative like this clown. The whole game thread he was negative. He hasn't posted a single positive thing.

Usually Florida has always had very good D lines that were able to get pass rush.
O line lost a lot so not surprised its a bit of a struggle this year on that end.

I never made fun of him going down.... it sucks for him and I hope he recovers well, but we must move on. If he fully heals, he likely transfers as the other QBs will have passed him. Trask is being given the opportunity and I hope he takes advantage. The reason Franks was playing was because he had in-game experience over the other guys. Now Trask and Emory will get a great amount of in-game experience. We have the WR corp to do a lot of things on offense, even if our running game sucks.
The secondary is looking pretty thin now, yes, because we've had two more injuries since the last time we discussed this.
I still remain optimistic that we can overcome some of these things (see yesterday) and have a decent year, but we're not a contender at this point. If we can sneak past Auburn and LSU.... then we may just be like 2006, but I doubt that'll happen.
Wife and kid are good. Back to work for me tomorrow.

This Florida team is not elite, but they are good. Go read the board. Everyone agrees we have major issues.
But to claim we cant beat anyone? Bro Auburn has Oline issues, their run game is poor, their QB is not very good. Yet UF cant beat them? That's just a trash take. Their defense is great, but we will have little issue stopping their offense. Nix Oregon game he was very unsettled all game, and our Dline is better than Oregons.
As for LSU. We lost to UK and lost both lines last year. Did we get destroyed by LSU? Their offense looks very good, but their defense looked suspect. We shouldn't be favored but no chance? Naw...we have a chance. Especially if Trask looks as good as he did last game.

We’re really good on the edge but we are so deficient inside QB’s have no issue just stepping up and getting the ball out quick. We need better DT’s.

I..agree with everything you said actually. Good to hear. Men should get more time with their kids after birth but that's another issue for another day.

Of course we have a chance, if we play a perfect game and everything goes well we can play with anyone. That’s not the argument though, this is Florida and we want to win SEC championships and eventually National Titles. We are nowhere close and we are sitting way behind the leaders in recruiting still. We are going on 10 years of under performing our expectations and at some point we have to stop being happy with just beating Kentucky. Next year is year 3. Mullen needs to get his shite together and get these lines of scrimmage right so we can get back to work.

I agree with that as well. I was just mad you claimed we have no chance of beating Auburn, who I'd say has as many issues as us right now..as for the lines..yea major issues but we did replace a lot so it was somewhat expected..not to mention our tight ends have no ability to block.
As for recruiting...been patient with him for two years recruiting wise but this has been long enough. He needs to step it up or the gap will not close. Even Spurrier said it lol...and we all know Spurrier was never a Meyer type recruiter. So If he is saying it you know it has to improve.
