Tell me about your team. You’re the only team in the top half of the SEC we didn’t play this year.

We've run ruled Georgia and been run ruled by Jacksonville State. Depending on the day, you may face the Yankees... or the Bad News Bears.

We’re either going to beat you in the most epic and memorable way possible or you’ll crush our dreams in the most painful way that we all expect and are now numb to.

Sounds like these teams are carbon copies of each other then. We have a much longer history of choking though.

"Being an Auburn fan is the most difficult life path one can choose, but also one of the most rewarding"

Auburn fans are spooked by the pitching performances of Fri and Sat last week. Gave up a lot of hits, HRs and runs. (Esp to a Horizon league team that did none of those things before May 29.) Problem going into a series against a team that can hit the ball if that continues. Question of the weekend is whether regular season form holds for pitching staff. If we revert back to regular season/SECT form, I think Auburn has the upper hand.

I've never seen it like this and can't attribute it to NIL just yet but something is different. My theory is that more NIL players are going to college rather than the pros and the players that normally playing at an Auburn are forced to commit to the traditional smaller schools which make them more competitive. That's all I can come up with.
