Like most teams it comes down to QB play and defense. Leavitt will only go so far in this system due to his lack of ability to see the whole field. Will make plays a lot but not enough to win a championship. When Lane gets the right QB, which he will, then watch out. He was probably the best he could get so yeah everyone with a good QB needs to lock them in with NIL before LSU offers. State fans knew him all to well from the ASU games. Dude was outstanding for a half. Only reason we lost the game in Phoenix is because of Skattebo.
